Blogging is a hot topic today. Long past the times when people boasted, “I’ve got a website”, now it’s “I’ve got a weblog“. Blogs are brisk and lively, unlike traditional websites they keep the audience tuned and entertained.
Now, Christian churches have long been like this. (Here comes the question of who’s original, but that’s another story.)

Лишь в день открытия фестиваля православного кино «Покров» 10 октября в Укаинском Доме был показан единственный полнометражный художественный фильм (отличная лента – «12», премьера – Никита Михалков, Валентин Гафт и другие звёзды). Да и тот внеконкурсный.
Остальные работы (а их было около 40) носили публицистический характер и вся их демонстрация была похожа на… кино-блог. Или видео-блог – vlog, как это принято называть в интернет – несмотря на размеры зала, использовался обычный цифровой видеопроектор.

Юрий Шевчук с группой ДДТ, Братья Карамазовы и Нино Катамадзе с группой Insight сыграли на православном празднике “День крещения Киевской Руси” (некоторые предпочитают говорить просто “День крещения Руси”) 12 августа (Киев, Певческое поле, тж. известное как “Спивоче поле”)
Производилась запись (минут 20 A-B stereo, затем бинаурально), довольно близко от эпицентра событий, это означает, что придётся ещё повозиться с исправлением перегрузок.
Окружающие вели себя вполне пристойно, за исключением нескольких отдельных выкриков вблизи микрофонов, так что, возможно, по паре песен от каждой команды в более-менее чистом виде удастся спасти.

Как видим, к фестивалю хорошо подготовились: многочисленные фотографы (как любители, так и профессионалы), охрана с весёлыми овчарками, спутниковая передающая установка, пожарная машина и бинокль у звукооператора.
Несмотря на тяжелые погодные условия (а, может, благодаря им?) на покаяние в конце служения в первый день вышло ок. тысячи людей.
