The “0000″ in the code you mentioned is the password which was used to block SMS in the first place.
If you have used a non-default password then you’ll need to contact your operator for password recovery.

i had used the code to block the sms but i am unable to unblock it with the above code #35*0000*16#

it gives message as “Password error”

if your code doesn’t works try with *35*1234*16#. that happened to me
